All online device valuations are estimates based on the information provided by the user regarding device condition, model, and specifications. Final payouts are subject to physical inspection by our verified logistics agents.

Users must ensure ownership and provide correct verification details during pickup. Our agents will conduct an on-spot assessment and require a secure OTP verification from the customer to complete the transaction.

You agree not to misuse our platform, submit fraudulent device details, or interfere with system operations. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
